Mark Cooksley entered the communications industry in 1985, designing and supporting Wide Area Networks for the British banking industry.

Following many years of experience working for Ethernet network hardware manufacturers, Mark joined Hirschmann UK in 1996.

Since 1998 he has been based at Hirschmann's head office in Germany, providing Industrial Ethernet training and consulting services world-wide.

With his broad experience in communication technology and in-depth knowledge of industrial processes, Mark is a popular key-note speaker at Industrial Ethernet events around the world.
